Blake Management assumes the responsibilities for managing, updating, forecasting and providing a financial report for each property. Such include rental management of the lettings (invoicing letting fees and condominium expenses, collecting, charging of rise according to the relevant indexing, payment of condominium expenses), fulfilment of the legal and taxation formalities.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
We ensure all building maintenance meets owner’s standards. We manage building staff working closely with the owner/board of directors, work tenders, auditing the execution of the work and manage discrepancies.
RENTAL I LOCATION MANAGER I SALES
Our team will manage your property investments including the rental, whether it is a house, a single condo or multiple dwellings. We will handle the drafting of rental agreement and its addendums including the assessment of financial capacity when applicable. We handle the entire negotiation phase including any real estate due diligence. We can coordinate visits with potential renters, film production crew or buyers and can act as on-site location manager during filming or tenant transfer.
